Is there any sim card inside the phone during detection? If thee is, please remove it from the phone, then try to detect it.

What is your username or dongle id that you use to log into server on software? We would like to take log file from you to check this further.

Please do this:
1. Restart DC-Unlocker software.
2. Go to Server tab, login.
3. Detect your device. Try to unlock it, if not possible do rest of the steps
4. After that, go to Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Send that file to me, please.

If you can not send the file, then try to detect your phone on latest dc-unlocker software https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/UeKsuU3 and see if it's same.
