HUAWEI B310S-927 still locked after using latest version

Alright i did exactly the same as your tutorial and router restart itself do i need to make manual restart ? What are the procedures you recommend and do i need credit for unlock?

Repeating unlock does not require new credits. I've also noticed that every single device after unloc kwas flashed to this 21.300.01.00.00 firmware.
