In the guide it is also explained how to connect it via USb to PC if you read it. We will need to know to what firmware you want to flash it first, then can check. As for now, your firmware is supported for direct unlock, whether it will work or not without flashing can not confirm.

Install, mobile partner on pc or download Huawei driver packs from our support area and try to apply them manually to those lines.
