You sure you insert correct card into phone? Have you checked phone, it should work regardless this message.

being n this Gsm industry for the past 17yrs,
Can u guide me pls..how this phone works with out a network?!
is it the phone s really unlocked with Dc unlocker?!
after getting unlocked status,
i tried with two cdma network card,both sim card are working n other phones.

In general when you insert other cdma card you will receive this message but phone should work with the card regardless, after you receive this message UIM INVALID CARD ' you not able to send sms, call etc?

yes,cant able to make call or recv calls,no network bar n phone.when trying to make calls,it disconnect by saying uim invalid card.

(this phone worked in Hk good,now what to use in india)
have 3 phones n hand.

Have you checked supported bands etc, this may be restricted by firmware if device came from Hong Kong and now you try to use it in India. Best try would be attempt to apply different firmware in such case that functions in your country.
