i flash it with this file Huawei_E8372h-153_21.110.99.04.00_SIGNED.dgtks and unlock it. unlock done but now modem is dead i tried to update it no luck its show this error

You want Zong WebUI for USSD? Original zong webui may lock device again. I not have zong or ussd supported webui for 8372h but have Huawei E5573 with USSD and zong original webui. You can download E5573 webui from here https://unlock4modem.in/?wpfb_dl=1357
