There is no other way to get bootloader code, need to press "read bootloader code" button like shown in guide.

You are not following guide that i gave therefore failing to get bootloader code. You need to detect your phone in manufacture modem, like shown in guide not in fastboot.

Try reconnecting to another usb port and make sure HiSuite is not running on pc while you try to detect the phone. Always use latest DC-unlocker software - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/OqTJLl3F
