Huawei E589u-12 still states The SIM card has not been detected or is invalid.

Hi All,

I paid for the unlock on this Huawei. It stated locked before, and now it states unlock. However, the invalid sim card will not go away
I also successfully put new firmware on it, but the message still shows invalid. The sim is valid and working in my other Huawei E5180.

When I ran the unlock AT command, I did not have the current (working) sim card in it. It was another expired sim. Is that a problem?

I used DC Unlocker 2 client 1.00.1125.
