I currently have 20 credits and my activate voice button is disabled.also I cant unlock my modem.why?

You want to activate voice or unlock? If want to activate voice, then maybe your modem does not support voice or firmware version does not support voice.
Please copy here what is detected by dc-unlocker. Then we would be able to check more. -
I have two modems one is Huawei K4606 and the other is K3773. K3773 is not detected .K4606 is detected as unknown huawei modem.I want to activate voice capabilitiy.

K4606 not supported by dc-unlocker.Can not tell exactly if it supports voice.Originally posted by nouwon View Post

Make sure all drivers are installed or whatever else comes in device's drive
Make sure modems connection software/WEBUI is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on DC-unlocker “select model” line.
