Help,.Huawei Y300-0151.."Unfortunately" problem.....

hi, im new here..i have huawei y300-0151..i want to re flash new firmware because all apps are "unfortunately" error..i try to hard reset, successful but nothing change also the password is not erased. i try via sd update but it say "EMMC read only",..is it possible that i unlocked first the bootloader? before i try again the sd update? by the way how to unlock bootloader using dc unlocker..

during the process/ in one step it is said to enter following code


Type in unlocking command - fastboot oem unlock password, for example, fastboot oem unlock 1531461291861883


can any one tell me where to get that no???????????
i tried the same old code in example it didnot work.

DC-unlocker works with DC-unlocker/Rocker/Vygis/Infinity dongles.
