dc unlocker doesn't detect the modem. when i insert modem it detect as huawei usb storage only.

When i try to install the modem exe, it says insert cd

Make sure all drivers are installed.
Make sure modems connection software/WEBUI is installed, but not running. (if there is on

when i connect, the modem it doesn't ask to install anything . After some second a web page comes like this
