Huawei Y300 can't read bootloader

I have a Y300 and want to intall a custom rom but when I use the DC-unlocker all I get is this:

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei phones
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Found Applications port COM10
Found Diagnostics port COM11

Model : Huawei Qualcomm Android phone

As you can see no bootloader code what can I do to get the bootloader code?

Please do this:
1. Restart DC-Unlocker software.
2. Go to Server tab, login.
3. Detect your device. Try to read bootloader code, after the error do rest of the steps
4. After that, go to Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Upload file somewhere and send it to me, please.

It appears so that your phone is missing bootloader code, you will have to use force bootloader unlock option on our software if you want to unlock it. Put phone in DOWNLOAD mode like shown here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-ascend-y300-unlock then detect on DC-unlocker software, you should see button in unlocking tab "Force bootloader unlock" use it to unlock bootloader.

If phone is bricked you will not be able to read bootloader code for it by dc-unlocker.

Sorry we do not repair phones so can not advice on further possible solution to your problem.

I have followed your instructions. The bootloader seems unlocked, but i don`t see the unlock code. where can i see the unlock code? I can't attach program's log file - it is about 6 Mb.

This option does not provide code it just performs bootloader unlock.
