My 7 Credits are gone after the error 208,my device hasn't been unlocked

After you receive error code 208 you need to go to device manager and check where you see your modem there, it most likley misses drivers, after you install them modem will be detected with com ports and only then unlock will work.

It should be ok on win8 what problem you are having exactly with your problems, what message you get when you try to apply them manually for your device?

Solution is to go to device manager after you get error code 208, apply drivers manually, then repeat detection of device and then unlock, no other ways for it.
