Huawei E3372h unlock help

Hi.

Irecently bought a Huawei E3372h.
With following setup.

Detecting modem :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei modems
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Found Applications port COM5

Found modem : E3372
Model : Huawei E3372h
IMEI : 868757021768524
Serial NR. : G4PDW15929001425
Firmware : 22.315.01.00.00
Compile date / time : Nov 27 2015 19:17:22
Hardware ver. : CL2E3372HM
Dashboard version : WEBUI_17.100.13.01.03_HILINK
Web UI version : WEBUI_17.100.13.01.03_HILINK
SIM Lock status : Locked (Card Lock)
Wrong codes entered : 3 (unlock attempts left : 7)

I unlocked everything after Flashing with the IMEI-Nr. 868757021768524 and using a Code generator.

At the moment everything is running fine with the Original Sim-card(Provider T-Mobile), but as soon as i try inserting a Sim-Card from a different Provider i am asked to enter a Simlock code.
How can i obtain this code?
I also tried out your facebook Promotion for 4 free Credits but when i use the Serial number from above it says it's the wrong one. What am i missing here ?
Help would be very much appreciated.

You need to press unlock/do job button in unlocking tab on dc-unlocker software without changing any options there. You won't get free credits as this option only available for dc-unlocker, rocker, vygis and infinity dongle users.

Normally starting the programm didn't gave me the option the Press the "Unlocking" -button, because it was greyed out.
After running the programm as Admin i now can click the "Unlocking"-button, but i get get the following message:

No username !

Error code 63

unlock failed !

I haven't entered any User datas.
This confuses me a little bit, because after looking through the forums my forum login shouldn't work in the unlocker but i haven't got any other login.
And according to https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy/user_prices unlocking a E3372h should cost no credits.

You receive user account after purchasing credits. You are looking into wrong price list, check price here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy/user_prices it will require 7 credits to unlock it. Free unlimited option is only for DC-unlocker, Rocker, Vygis and Infinity dongle users.
Flashing may re-lock your device if device is flashed to some sort of customized/signed by manufacturer firmware.
