    No Service

    Hello,

    I have unlocked about 7 devices in the past including 3 E5372.

    The one below too, I unlocked succesffuly, but if I put in any SIM I keep getting a message "No Service" and no internet access. Can someone guide me as to what could be the cause?

    Found Applications port COM4
    Found modem : E5372
    Model : Huawei E5372 / MegaFon MR100-3
    IMEI : 864578015581846
    Serial NR. : N7GDW14913001645
    Firmware : 21.236.03.04.397
    Compile date / time : May 08 2014 22:30:50
    Hardware ver. : CL1E5372SM
    Dashboard version : WEBUI_13.100.08.03.397_E5_V7R1_V3R2
    SIM Lock status : unlocked
    Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

    Either wrong settings for current operator or device does not support frequency/band that operator works for current network (3G/4G etc.).

      Thanks for the reply Valdemaras,

      A little investigation and a little fooling around and its working now!!! Thank you! I switched from 2.4 to 5 and it started working.

      The only thing I do not understand is that on the router I get a message "Log in through the web service". The only way I can rid of the message is by logging in through the web and then enabling "Roaming"! Do that everything behaves normally. No idea why :-/

        Great news. Unfortunately but we do not have info on such device behaviour, best chance solve it is to check device manual for this.

          already tried changing wifi band but didn't help
