Unlocking Huawei E8372h

Hi,
I have no unlock automatically option for this modem in DCUnlocker, however I did try and I have a code for the IMEI for this device from dc-unlocker for 4 credits... Is there any way I can use this to unlock the modem? Do I need to down rev the firmware version? This is an Australian wingle. It has been very hard to get the modem drivers to work on Win7, but they eventually worked on the 3rd PC.

I get the following detail.

so I bought 7 credits, but the code says now in the dc unlock app:

so it's odd, oh and the unlock button is still greyed out. Checked the wingle and it's still networked locked on it's web diag page.
anyway, if I need to, can I please request a refund of the 7 unused credits purchased in error? Thanks C

For E8372h-927 Firmware 21.180.19.00.302 need to flash with 21.180.99.03.00 only then unlock will work

Just on the fw downgrade and unlock, all worked fine, i just cant access the devices web page now to setup the wingle apn

I have now updated to 21.200.07.00.00, all is good on the webpage again, device unlocked.
The only issue is I bought 4 credits cos I thought I needed to, but I dont think I needed to do so, misunderstood the fw steps. May I please request a refund, they are still sitting in my account.
