I have on Router Huawei E5372TS-22 from Mobily KSA
and i Unlock the router by dc- unlock-er software and it is working but now working as 3G mode and i cant open the web UI (192.168.8.1) to login to dashboard
please help me

You should check then dashboard address in adapter of the device, it might be different from the original that used to be.

Well then can suggest to do device reset only, there should be a small pin button for it under cover of device. For webui to work device should be visible in device manager under network adapters, you may also need to reinstall device on pc.

and now is working but i have problem about the user name and password ?
