Not quite understand the problem. Bootloader can be unlocked only via cmd/adb if that's what you ask for.

I tried to install the new update, but since my huawei has crashed. Unfortunately, I get on Huawei EMUI website UNLOCK CODE an fill out all Fields but everytime i become a Failure Message.
Can you please tell me what code that is? My phone will not boot. and is hanging in Boot-Loop

Bootloader code can be read only from the working phone. If you have stock firmware update.app file for your device, then let me know, we might be able to help you to restore it.

After launching software, log in with your account that you used on dc-unlocker, connect phone to pc while it is in fastboot, on software select fastboot mode, select update.app file of your phone, after selection press button "recovery selection", and then update. This should help to restore phone - make it boot up again.

I have a phone like that ( bootloop-bootloader is locked-it can enter in fastboot mode) but unfortunately DC-PhoenixV13 free program is not working anymore. I can not also activate my infinity box with DC unlocker at this time (Capital control in my country) .So, is there any chance to give me again a test version to flash that phone and report results?

No there is no such possibility now.
