Huawei ascend g8 bootloader unlock need help ?

hi
i got HUAWEI RIO L01 phone it's bootloader locked phone goes to fastboot mode but doens't go to main screen when read bootloader code i get the following message
software detect the phone take all phone info but does not show bootloader code. i need to install the software but because of bootloader locked i cant help would be appreciated.


when try to read bootloader code get this message below message
