Firmware in support area that is accessed only from flashing software.

after flash with flash to 21.200.07.00.00 my modem is unlock. but i can't chang apn setting so i try flash with web_ui file there is a 2 file on server for e3372 and e3372h but when i up date these file software says not sighed firmware and stop flashing plz help me
