        Have you done all steps from method you chose to repair your device with? You sure you have did recovery selection while flashing via fastboot like explained in 3 example guides that are given or just did your own thing hoping it will help?

                Have you done first flashing in fastboot correctly because previously you have tried to flash all which is not what flashing in fastboot tutorial says. In upgrade mode you must exact firmware that was in device working prior to damaging it, otherwise it will not fit obviously. Can try from clean pc if you have one as well. Battery fully charged of the device too.

                        Problem is your chip is not supported by flashing at all, as announces dc phoenix is available only on HiSilicon and new Qualcomm devices.
