    I lost my modem (e8372) during firmware upgrade Please help me

    hi all
    i was trying to change firmware and webui i dont know what did i do
    Modem stop working and it does work
    i think imei problem

    who can help mme

      Hello, sorry but we do not repair modems therefore no valuable advise on this. Try taking it to local gsm repair shop.

        there is no GSM repair shop
        and modem switch to serial mode please help me

        can i use hisilicon firmware rewriter?
