Please I have an active account and I tried unlocking my Huawei E3531 modem but it keeps failing by giving me Error code 91. Now when I checked my account, I realized that the credits in my account has been taken even though the unlocking couldn't go through successfully. Please help me to recover my credits and unlock the modem. Thank you

You can repeat unlock for same device. Unlocking same device again does not require credits.
To cehck more about this error we need to see detected modem information by dc-unlocker till error code. Then we would be able to check more.

Detect your device with both com ports only then unlock possible since your modem has it's unlock attempts counter blocked.Comment

Please how do you mean that I should detect the device with both com ports only?
Also this time when I logged into my account the Do Job tab is disabled with a response that I don't have credit, mean while its the same modem that I was trying to decode and it couldn't yet you took my credits. Below is the new detect modem information I get
