    Please use latest dc-unlocker software version. Also, can try t to open device manager after this error, check for new device there, install drivers for them, then repeat unlock.

        When you modem enters ports mode (like in first detection info that you posted in first post) what ports you see of your modem in device manager under "Ports section"?

            In your first post here it is visible that device is detected with port "Found Applications port COM15" there must be port section in device manager unless modem went back into network adapters mode.

                      This is your diagnostics com port FC - PC UI Interface (COM15)
                      therefore after doing suto detect, insert correct diagnostics com port on dc-unlocker software port field, repeat detection and unlock.
