How to reset your counter

I tried to unlock my E5372 modem and i had 7 attempts left. I stopped and continued the following day only to find that my attempts left had turned to 0. I need help on how to reset my counter to input my unlock code.

As we see people flash it to 21.270.05.00.76 version, then unlock by dc-unlocker E5372 Stc unlocker.

Firmware file can be downloaded from support area which is accessed only from one of the dc-unlocker software.
