K4505 voice

Dear all,
I would like to use my stick to do voice call but I see that on the firmware the voice call isn't enable (Voice feature : not supported in current firmware)

I have just upgraded the firmware to 11.870.02.10.11 version but I receive the same message.
I checked the stick is mentioned on the 'Supported Models' section as supported for the voice feature too, so could you be so kind to tell me how to do?
Is the 11.870 the last firmware? if not, where can I download the last one?

Sorry we do not have a list of firmwares that supports voice. Try to check with device manufacturer.

If I can't find the firmware that enables the voice, what USB modem do you suggest for voice usage?

Do not have suggestion on that either, we just provide information related to our service and have no information about device usage, or what's the best device out there for customers needs.
