Huawei nxt dl00 frp unlock problem

I have two huawei nxt dl00 mate8 one set unlok no problem and another set fast time unlock show ok but when i restat phone show frp lock already i try 4 time and lost 16 $ plz now what can i do ?

What do you mean? FRP unlock only removes google account from phone, it does not do anything else, does not change status in fastboot either. Status in fastboot is disabled through settings on the phone.
