Unlock Success but still lock

when open the phone
you see the display
Sim Locked and Dismiss message

Have you restarted phone after unlock? Also, can you try other sim?

of course, phone restarted after unlock many times.. but same , many sim i tried but same

Try to do then reset to factory defaults from manufacture mode menu.

Then only can try to remove battery, if phone is detected as unlocked it means problem on phones software then.

Hi how you activate the Manufacture mode in you H891L. I type * # * # 2846579 # * # * -> ProjectMenu -> Background settings -> and i do not have in submenu item Usb port settings. to activate Manufacture mode. Thank you.
