it seems the operation was success, and shows all the information from the phone, (mode, imei, wifi mac...) but it doesn't show the unlock code.

i've used the "unlock" feature inside the dc unlocker and seems to be unlocked, , ive installed twrp and cm12.1 .... but the unlock code is still missing

If you talk about network unlock code, then you need to press button "read unlock codes" to get them.
