I need to know if DC unlocker can unlock mate s bootloader without data lose ?
and same thing about FRP i need to remove it without data lose

Bootloader unlock does not remove data from phone, neither does FRP, FRP only removes user google account info. Flashing on the other hand might remove it.

that's mean I can unlock my bootloader without data losing, and remove FRP using DC unlocker without data losing .. ? man my data very important and I change my password then i forgot it LOL

I can't give you 100%, but it should not take any data like records, images etc. Unless you wipe memory of the phone.
