G620S-L01 I get bootloadr unlock code but have problem

I get bootloader unlock code from Factory Codes but have problem when try unlock bootloader:

C:\>fastboot oem unlock 1701242382432121
... FAILED (remote: Invalid key,unlock fail)

In fastboot mode phone show "PHONE Locked" but when I try read oem info or read by DC Unlocker get info like picture.

I get this phone for repair becouse my customer write custom recovery to this phone, and now after power on get info about not original recovery and go to fastboot. How unlock bootloader and fix this phone?

phone been tried to repair previously or read something from it by another tool? Because there is chance that other data might have been written into it, therefore code does not match.

How fix this phone? Can't enter update mode. Always go to fastboot.
