KIW-L21 problem after write factory image

I flash KIW-L21 by KIW-L21_C900B076_Factory_firmware_Nonspecific_Android5 .1.1_EMUI_3.1 and have problem now. After factory image I write update.app and not solve my problem. I write numbers to phone but have only EN and CN language to chose, In About phone menu no model number, and no kernel version, MEID is 00000000 but imei and SN is good. How fix this?

You can try to fix numbers with HCU tool, after repair factory reset from manufacture mode needs to be done. Try flashing update.app via fastboot too, if you tried that try via sd card.
