I already unlocked this modem, but when inserting another network, it's showing "No Service" even the Simcard is working well.

The IMEI is different from the device compare to the record from WEBUI or when I detect it on DC-unlocker.

Do you think IMEI is the reason why another network is not working?

Any help would be appreciated.

First thing to check is if network is not selected manually on device's dashboard. Otherwise can try to go through options and check if it shows singla with any network type that is possible to select from options.

Network selected as Auto. When I try to do manual and select the network, giving me failed. Do you guys think that this issue is related with the IMEI?

The IMEI from the device is different from the record on WEBUI or on DC-Unlocker software.

Unfortunately we do not have solutions to such problems as we do only device unlock from network part.
