MegaFon M150-2

Why this unlocker is not able to unlock my Huawei modem MegaFon M150-2? Normally like it is mentioned at the Software it should be possible. I bought 4 Credits what should be enough for unlocking this device, but I always get the failure message like following:

Error code 37

unlock failed

What is wrong? Now my Money is gone without a result???

Sorry, it looks lime your modem runs customized firmware and is not possible to unlock it. Write your username, we will check for refund possibility.
