Factory reset protection Erase start

unknown error (398)

Phone have soft:

Model : Huawei phone in fastboot mode
Serial NR. : HMNBBBB6xxxxxxxxx
Firmware : CUN_L21C709B103

locked
Battery state: 4203mv

Is it possible reset frp in this phone ?
