HUAWEI GRA-UL10 does not remove frp

Did you read the guide though? FRP unlcok - google account removal from phone, it does not do anything else - does not change FRP lock status in fastboot either.

The FRP unlock is only google account removal from phone, if you want to change FRP lock status in fastboot then you need to do it from developer option in phone settings, but since i do not know what you actually need i don't know what to tell.
