Hello, does it ask to input unlock code on router's web ui/dashboard?

Then can select model manually, in unlocking tab select option to generate unlock code by imei, enter device imei and press do job button, apply code you receive on device where it asks for.

Also getting attached error as it is not detecting the router. Do not know wheter E5172 code will work with E5172Bs
