How unbreak Honor 6 H60-L12

Hi I got phone like this and got bootloop, phone got that info:
Found Phone : H60-L12
Model : Huawei phone in fastboot mode
Serial NR. : F6CDU15117007165
Firmware : H60-C00B807

locked


in fastboot mode,
bootloader is locked and on support not see factory firmware to write with dc phoenix

How read imei and other think to get bootloader unlock code?
Phone not react on fastboot command like gervar all etc.

Any help will be great.

Sadly we do not have factory firmware for this device therefore repair won't be possible. We do not have solutions to read info from damaged phone as well.

I got good news, I downloaded H60-L12_EMUI3.0_Android4.4_V100R001CHNC00B316 firmware and select it in fastboot mode press update button with locked bootloader and software write that can't write pt partition but next DC Phoenix do magic and use own loader to bypass security and software write but not to end, I reset phone again in fastboot mode and press update button again in DC Phoenix and now software write fully to phone and now phone is working !!
