unknown error (154) on FRP reset

Lost total 8 credits on frp reset. first it shows err 154, then after i try again, it shows process successfull, it takes 4 credits and the phone does nopt autorestart and erase. tried twice, second time i did factory erase manualy after. but no success. phone is still locked
