Huawei G740-L00 bootloader unlock

Hi,
Mi phone hangs when booting. I receive an "Encyption unsuccessful" error message. When i go to recovery mode; the wipe/data factory reset does not do anything, still the same error when rebooting.
I tried to unlock the bootloader by downloading the DC unlocker client and buying 4$ credits. IT still fails.
I can not retreive the product ID as i can not boot the phone. Can you git it and if it is possible the bootloader unlock code?

My Phone model is : Huawei Ascend G740-L00
My IMEI is: 862700021464310
My S/N is : G8V0214429001262
