FRP erase didn't work, credits lost

Hi,
I purchased 15 credits to erase FRP on HUAWEI MATE S.
FRP was not erased and I lost my credits.
Please refund my paypal ([email protected])or provide a working solution.

Why you wantedet to remove FRP? FRP only removes google account. Maybe you wanted to unlock bootloader? Phone is working or bricked?

Phone is bricked. Looks like FRP prevents bootloader from unlocking.

No, FRP removing will not help here.

You need stock firmware for your device in order to attempt repair on it, do not use firmwares from our support area they are for re-writing device from scratch.

Sadly, but we do not have factory firmware for CRR-L09 model.
