INQ Mini 3Q from 3

My daughter bought a IBM Mini 3G from 3 Network in Australia and used it there fo sometime.
Now she is back to Brazil and wants to use the phone, so I downloaded the SW and bought 10 credits to unlock the phone.
I followed the instructions choosing "Huawei phones" and "iNQ Mini 3G" and the default was to use port 13 for both (application and diagnostic) but I could not proceed since I received the message below

Please help me.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the any phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

For correct Huawei phone detection, please turn ON phone, wait while fully starts, turn into USB and after windows detects device, you can press "Detect phone".

Could you write me your username that you received after bought credits?
The server is working and people are unlocking. Something is blocking from your side.
You should check the firewall or other software. Try to use other internet connection type or other computer.

i didnt buy credit, its free unlimited to unlock INQ mini 3g, thats whats its written on your credit list

Free unlimited is only if you have dc-unlocker dongle – a hardware key to dc-unlocker software. If you do not have this key, then you need top buy credits. Dc-unlocker does not remove user code or security code for this phone. Only can unlock, so all provider sim cards would be possible to use.
