actually i'm trying to resolve a problem with the phone, it does not start at all.
I can go in recovery, and try to restore all the phone but it get stuck in formatting data!
If i try to apply an update with the sdcard, appear a message saying "Recovery image verify failed!".
In this last case i am able to get the phone in fastboot mode, and i'd like to unlock the boot loader in order to put a custom recovery. In this way i will have more tools to play.

DC-unlocker client won't be any help for your device then as frp unlock only removes google account from phone, lock status on fastboot won't change. If your phone is visible in device manager as QDloader 9008 port, then can attempt to do force upgrade via dc-phoenix, otherwise no other solutions for it - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoen...epair-tutorial

Is it possible to have the unlock code as well(obviously, i have paid the 4 euros for the unlock phone feature)?
in this way i could unlock the bootloader with the fastboot oem unlock

HI Valdemaras i have tried, spending 15 euros for the force upgrade but it didn't work for me. do you think that i can try to unlock the bootloaderr to see if with a custom recovery i could do something more?

You can't unlock it for bricked phone.

Hi Valdemaras,
thank you for your support, i will try to find another way to unbrick it.
Only a question, why dcPhoenix show me that the credits remaining are 0 if every procedure tried have failed? DCUnlocker correctly does not touch the credit if is unable to unlock.
