Huawei Y560 can not enter into fastboot mode

He hit me mentioned Huawei Y560 to unlock FRP but the problem is because the phone does not go into fastboot mode needed to communicate with the computer just standing on Huawei logo.
When locked FRP I manage to enter the settings (option found on the internet) where I want to turn on the Developer options but there is also a problem because after you click through a number of complications 7 times nothing happens.
Is it possible in any other way to start this mode?

Nothing goes. As I try to enter into Fastboot by Vol - + Power goes to that screen. And from the Recovery as I want to go to Bootloader after restart stops at Huawei logo.
