But 1 st slot show my Sim card like roaming "R" and on the screen "This SIM card is not compatible with your phone. Please insert a China Telecom 4G card" and Sim card work.
If i in "Roaming Settings" Disable Card slot 1, it then work only if i insert another sim card to slot

Yes correct, since phone from China it might be simply not all services/features available in other continents due to hardware or firmware restrictions.
