this is not the real „flashing“ ...

with the balong usb downloader you are just preparing the real flashing procedere afterwards.

as i told you before ... several times ....

try reading carefully what i said

use the firmware.exe to flash the firmware
not any bin files

once again as a hint ...

check device manager comport entrys first

no lights on & just 1 entry after boot short
-> use balong usb downloader with usbloader e5180s

afterwards it switches to 2 entrys & lights on

now start flashing with firmware.exe

Ok, I already changed the pc, now the comports 10-11-12. If I choose the usbloader bin, it takes 10 seconds , and the progress bar ends, but after nothing. If I push "load" again then the progress bar starts again, and it takes 30-40. The question is, the total flashing process is only 10 second? What is about the larger bin file in the folder?

normally it takes just some seconds. and of course - just if the boot short method worked - no lights on and just one modem entry

you are not doing it like described. try reading carefully

don‘t know either - if it will work with such high comport numbers

try doing it on a fresh win installation
haven‘t even tried it on xp like yours

There are 2 bin file in the sw folder? I choose the usbloader.bin, 30-40 minutes and the progress bar finished, but nothing signs me what is the next, finished, or something.

or try using the reset pin hole (located near the sim card slot) in a 2 try - before flashing

The process stucks at this. I can't read what happen because of strange and unreadable characters. Nothing happens.
