Honor 5c bricked?

Hi all,
Do i need to do a; Factory Reset Protection Erase or is the battery just dead? Phone won't boot, i can only see it in the device manager. Have fastboot commands only. Have cross flashed the P9 lite rom onto the phone and changed the oeminfo to p9 lite also
