      Hi
The phone restarts and the screen is blank? No different then it was before i started the process. Like you said in the other post, would i be better using the DC Phoenix to restore?

      Thanks
      Paul

FRP unlock does not change frp lock status in fastboot screen if that's what you were trying to achieve. FRP unlock removes google account sign in as stated on Huawei page itself. If your phone is bricked you need to repair it - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoen...epair-tutorial

          Hi,
Sorry I have used the wrong option then. I have a honor 5c that won't boot, it's won't even give me the honor splash screen, but I do have fastboot access.
Is it possible to get a refund for this option and I'll try the DC phoenix rebuild instead
          Best regards,
          Paul
