5 Credits deducted but my E303 Globolt not unlocked

I bought 7 credits yesterday and tried to unlock my glo bolt modem but to my surprise 5 credits was deducted and the modem still can't accept another sim card.

Please help me look into this and provide assistant for me to be unable to unlock this my modem. Thanks
