Impossible to unlock my Mate 8 bootloader

Dear friends have a nice day!
I have spend about 20 credits but I was unable to unlock my phone bootloader.

1..This is my status in login screen



2. then follow the instructions to enable 'Manufacture' mode



3. Connect my phone to pc in bootloader mode. It shows: PHONE locked and FRP Lock.

4. Then select manufacturer: Huawei phones and model: Auto detect (recommended) and detect phone.


I see that Application port is empty

5. After that I have no idea how to procced.

6. Please explain me step by step what to do after that.
What is the aim? To unlock the bootloader via the dc-unlocker or copy the bootloader unlock code and procced via adb and fastboot commands

7. How many credits I need (except 4 I already have)???
