Unlock Button Disabled - Sim Status: Locked

Hi,

I tried unlocking Huawei E5573s-606, but the unlock button is greyed out. I have enough credits in my account and my modem is detected. My first device was unlocked successfully, this is my second device. Please find below the data from DC-Unlocker Client. Attached the screenshot too. Please Help..
